如何包壽司

如何包壽司 準備材料:

海苔片、竹片(捲壽司用)、白米飯、壽司醋、
小黃瓜、紅蘿蔔、肉鬆、蛋皮、鮪魚…等依個人口味。另還可準備保鮮膜、三島香鬆。

 
◎若不敢生吃,可先將紅蘿蔔(削皮)或小黃瓜(不用削但洗乾淨唷)放入滾水中約煮3-5分鐘,放涼後切條狀。
開始囉…. 米飯擺涼→加壽司醋(少許慢慢加,攪拌至米飯有點黏稠感,但不會因太濕而掉落)→海苔置於竹片上→將米飯平鋪於海苔上(注意四周要留一些空間,以免捲曲時米飯爆出)→放入小黃瓜、紅羅蔔、肉鬆等食材→開始捲取,要壓緊唷→去頭去尾修邊後→可切塊狀..或是對斜切→開始享用吧! ◎要注意食材不是擺放正中間喔,而是要靠近自己,這樣捲取時才會包在中間,且不會造成海苔破裂發生。
◎食材中有保鮮膜、三島香鬆,可在竹片上放上保鮮膜取代海苔片,捲取後可在外圍滾上香鬆或是其他如椰子粉等,就成了花壽司啦!
◎再來最最重要…若您一次做太多吃不完,千萬不能直接放入冰箱,否則隔天..壽司會很硬,建議可用保鮮膜包附放入保鮮盒中在放入冰箱;或者天氣不熱時可直接在壽司盒上方放上濕抹布包覆。
◎食材在大賣場都買的到唷..還有個最簡單的–豆皮壽司,呵呵..賣場就有賣豆皮了,您只需要將辦好壽司醋的飯,裝進豆皮中灑上點黒芝麻..就大公告成啦!
※最後,若您還有時間,可煮味蒸湯切點生薑片也是不錯唷~*
